Fire: applies a Burn effect on hit.
* Equip a wand or staff that requires the Magic skill.
- Deals a total of 15% of your initial damage over time.
* Be in an '''Offensive stance''' (change this in the Stance tab, default hotkey: '''V''').
- The Burn damage decays over time.
- Burn effects from staves have longer duration.

Ice: applies a Chilled effect on hit.
Once a wand or staff is equipped, click on an enemy to attack. Magic weapons draw from an internal energy pool (recharged with [[Essence]]) rather than consuming ammo like arrows.
- Reduces the target's movement speed.
- Higher tier weapons apply a more potent slow.

Lightning: generates Static Charges to the caster on hit.
=== Benefits of Training ===
- At maximum charges, the next attack consumes all the charges to trigger an additional hit.

- The additional hit deals 50% of the first hit.
* Improves accuracy and damage dealt with Magic weapons.
* Unlocks stronger wands and staves.

=== Experience ===

* 25% of the experience gained from damage dealt is also applied to Health.
* Higher level enemies give more experience.

How to Train Magic

[edit | edit source]
  • Equip a wand or staff that requires the Magic skill.
  • Be in an Offensive stance (change this in the Stance tab, default hotkey: V).

Once a wand or staff is equipped, click on an enemy to attack. Magic weapons draw from an internal energy pool (recharged with Essence) rather than consuming ammo like arrows.

Benefits of Training

[edit | edit source]
  • Improves accuracy and damage dealt with Magic weapons.
  • Unlocks stronger wands and staves.

Experience

[edit | edit source]
  • 25% of the experience gained from damage dealt is also applied to Health.
  • Higher level enemies give more experience.

Elemental Effects

[edit | edit source]

Every wand and staff is tied to one of three elements, each with its own on-hit effect:

Element Effect
Fire Applies a Burn: deals a total of 15% of the hit's damage over time, decaying as it ticks. Staves apply a longer Burn duration than wands.
Ice Applies a Chilled effect that slows the target's movement speed; higher-tier weapons apply a stronger slow.
Lightning Builds Static Charges on the caster with each hit. At maximum charges, the next attack consumes them all to trigger an additional hit dealing 50% of the first hit's damage.
