== Tips ==
* Reach level 30 to start catching Bluegill, then run them through a Bait Knife to keep your bait supply topped up.
* Bank your Bluegill for Essence production later, and bank Rare Blue Gill separately for Fish Oil.
* Training [[Potion Making]] unlocks fishing potions that let you catch Bluegill faster.
* If you'd rather skip fishing early bait fish, Common Trout can be bought from the Fishing Stall for about 8g each and cut for bait instead.
* Once your bait and potions are stocked up, move to the Elder Trout spot for the best XP rate.
* Carp sells to the Fishing Stall for 210g and is solid income once you hit level 50. Rare Carp can't be traded to other players but still sells to the stall for 2,240g.
